Store Policies

Shipping Delays - All shipment arrival estimates are just that, estimates. Once FedEx retrieves your order for delivery any delays that take place (e.g., inclement weather, damaged package, etc.) are beyond our control.

Damaged Shipments - Protection for you order is our top priority; we follow strict packing procedures including specialized inserts, when applicable, to best safeguard your product. However, if you have any concerns with the state of your order when it arrives, please contact the store and we will assist you.

Frozen Products - Some products may be damaged if they freeze during transit. We are not responsible for weather-related damage once an order leaves our facility. To reduce risk, consider expedited shipping and avoid ordering during severe cold.
