Shipping policy
In stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our shipping partners are FedEx and R+L Carriers.
For large pallet orders R+L Carriers will be utilized (pallet shipments are fulfilled via 18-wheeler).
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For larger orders please e-mail contact@starscenic.com and we can assist you.

Certain products listed on our site are ineligible for one or more expedited shipping options, keep an eye out for iconography on certain products for indication on what is permissible.
In-store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our storefront located at: 4493 36th St. Orlando, FL 32811. After placing your order online with in store pickup selected, your order will be ready for pickup same day (exceptions for items that are custom, out-of-stock, or not stocked in store).
You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your order is ready for pick-up or if there are any issues with processing your order.
Drop Ship Items
Some of our products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items are clearly marked with a “Drop Ship Item” icon on the product page.
Because these items ship from external warehouses:
- Processing time is typically 2–4 business days before the item ships
- Shipping options may be limited, and delivery times can vary depending on the manufacturer’s location
- Drop ship items may arrive separately from other items in your order
