Meoded - Stain Shield

One quart will seal between 80-120 square feet per two-layer application. Coverage will vary depending on porosity and absorbency rate of surface. Temperature and
application method will also affect coverage.

Apply generously using a solvent resistant natural bristle brush, sponge, paint roller, sprayer or paint pad. Make sure the product is spread out evenly on the surface. Allow sealant to soak into the surface. If applied too heavily, pooling and dripping may occur. Wipe off any excess material to avoid drip marks. Two coats
recommended. Second coat can be applied after 1-2 hours of dry time.

Cure Time: Stain Shield cures in 24 hours. Allow surface to dry for 24 hours, before allowing traffic. Keep surface free from staining materials for 72 hours.

NOTE: Apply when temperature is between 50ºF – 90ºF. Avoid puddling and rundown. If sealant comes in contact with surrounding surface, wipe off. If residue appears, reapply some Stain Shield and buff surface with a clean towel. In most instances, expense of labor exceeds material cost of sealing project. Do not under apply the product as the labor cost of doing the job twice exceeds the material costs.

For any cleaning of minor stains, scrub using a rag and warm soapy water. For any rigid stains, lightly sand and re-apply sealer. Re-apply sealant every 2-5 years depending on usage.
