Stable and Abrasion Resistant film with very good splash and chemical spill properties for application to a variety of substrates including, but not limited to concrete, wood and metal.

Smith’s Polyaspartic 2000 was developed for ease of use with a 1A to 1B mix ratio plus a longer working time versus most competitors Polyaspartic or Polyaspartic-Polyurea products.

Smith’s Polyaspartic 2000 is an excellent coating system for Vinyl Chip, Color Quartz, Smith’s Metallic & Luster, fast return-to-service broadcast shop floors and pigmented applications for Residential, Retail, Commercial or Industrial environments which demand color stability, faster return-to-service and durability.

APPLICATION

Ensure previous layer has cured enough to receive another layer, shows no indication of blushing and has NOT exceed the recoat window. Correct any surface imperfections in the previous layer has cured beyond the recoat window, the surface must be mechanically abraded using 80 to 120 grit sand paper or screens to a uniformly dull surface with no remaining shiny areas then cleaned to remove all dust/debris prior to receiving a topcoat of Smith's Polyaspartic 2000.

For application over an existing coating system, or Smith's Color Floor stain, reference the TDS.

DRY & RECOAT

To touch: 55° F = 4 - 6 hours. Recoat: 6 - 24 hours

To touch: 72° F = 2 - 3 hours. Recoat: 3 - 24 hours

To touch: 85° F = 90 - 120 minutes. Recoat: 2 - 24 hours
